Quartz countertops are manufactured with up to 93 percent natural quartz and the remaining seven percent being colour pigments and resins... a product that is very durable and does not require regular sealing, however care should be taken not to place anything hot such as pots directly on the surface. Extreme heat can cause marks on the counter top.
